Since 2001, Dave and Julie Avery have operated Avery’s Body by Design. Together they form the nucleus of “Team Avery” a Health and Fitness business that has helped literally thousands of everyday people achieve extraordinary results through customized physical and dietary programs. This includes over 400 competitive athletes, Averys Body by Design physique transformations are regularly featured in fitness magazines.
